Alexander Mollinger

Non-Executive Director

Alexander Mollinger has 20 years’ experience in natural resources worldwide, in both public and private equity backed companies.

He is the COO of an oil and gas company active in the North Sea and Africa. He is also a visiting lecturer at the French Petroleum Institute (IFP) in Paris, France.

Previously, Alexander was the advisor to the Executive Chairman and CEO of Cove Energy plc, where he guided the company through a monthslong bidding war and US$ 2 billion sale to Thailand’s national energy company PTT. Prior to that, he worked for Shell.

Alexander has an MBA from INSEAD in France, and an BSc and MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.

Christian Möbius

CEO

Christian is a geologist with 14 years of experience in the industry. After starting his career at the Anglo American mining company he specialized in Petroleum Geoscience and worked as oil well logging engineer, project manager for solution-mining projects, and lastly as exploration geologist at Hansa Hydrocarbons, where he was instrumental in the 2017 discovery of the largest offshore gas field in the Netherlands and Germany in 25+ years, N05-A. Christian previously co-founded Tsavorite Legacy, where he led the evaluation and recommissioning of the world’s first Tsavorite gemstone mine in Kenya.

Friedrich Freiherr von Lyncker, Phd

CFO

Friedrich is a serial entrepreneur and business angel from Hamburg, Germany. Originally coming from a Science background in plant genetics, he gained thorough business planning expertise at Roland Berger Strategy Consultancy and is founder of several startups, some of which were successfully sold.

Benedikt Steiner

Technical Director

Benedikt Steiner (ARSM CGeol EurGeol FHEA) is the MSc Programme Director of Exploration and Mining Geology at the Camborne School of Mines, one of the world’s leading integrated mining schools. Benedikt started his career in regional petroleum exploration in the Eastern FSU, before moving on to work on Rio Tinto Exploration’s uranium & copper exploration projects in Sub-Saharan Africa. More recently, he carried out projects in France, Rwanda, Sierra Leone and Myanmar.

Benedikt is a published expert in mineral exploration geochemistry and focuses on integrating geochemical with other geoscientific techniques in order to aid exploration targeting.

Benedikt acts as the Company’s Non-Independent Qualified Person for NI 43-101, JORC and PERC compliant reporting and technical disclosure. He has reviewed and approved the technical content of this website.

Ricardo Battaglia

Chief Geology Officer

Ricardo is a geologist from Salta with over 40 years of experience in the mining industry. During his over 30 year long tenure at the Mining Department, he held various roles including head of the geological development programme, responsible for the promotion of investment in the mining sector. Ricardo has authored and co-authored numerous publications, his knowledge of the geology of the Argentine Northwest is second to none.

Jeronimo Wolf

Geologist

Jerónimo graduated from Argentina’s most reputed University for Geoscience, the University of La Plata, in 2020 with excellent results. He completed his thesis at Veladero, Argentina’s largest Gold mine and operated by Barrick Gold of Canada, where he addressed challenges related to the operator’s current 34 Million US$ mine life extension plan. He is particularly passionate about Geophysics and Structural Geology.
