There are no new zinc production currently in the pipeline and it will be years before any new production comes on stream.

Copper

A highly conductive material, copper is primarily used for electrical wiring. Due to today’s increased use of electrical machinery and technology demand for copper has significantly grown. It is a key factor in the green revolution of energy that we are going through as it is enables the energy generated from the other power metals to flow through our devices. Currently copper is not being mined fast enough to meet the upcoming demand.

Wood Mackenzie predicts a 10 million tonne deficit by 2028.

Silver

Silver is used in an endless list of electronic devices, while the expansion in demand for such devices keeps picking up world-wide. Silver use in welding is not going anywhere anytime soon, while in water purification, medicine and other applications it is expanding. There is very little doubt of its future role as an industrial material with expanded specialized, high-value use.

Auto industry demand for silver is expected to almost triple over the next two decades.

Both gold and silver are historically undervalued relative to the stock and bond markets. The junior mining stocks overall are at their most undervalued relative to the price of gold since 2001.

Geology

The project area is located in Ordovician terrain, where sedimentary, tectonic, structural and magmatogenic processes created epithermal vein deposits of Gold and Silver, carbonatites with rare earth elements, sedex deposits and vms deposits with lead, zink, silver, copper and gold.

The entire sequence is intruded by dikes of porphyry dacite composition related to a quaternary caldera developed in the vicinity of the area.
